What you'll do

Strength and Balance Vinyasa Flow

You will strengthen,stretch and tone your body, through a powerful yoga sequence.

You will flow through creative transitions and strong poses, arm balances and inversions, with high-energy repetitions, for a full-body burn in a short period of time.
Prepare yourself to get your heart rate up, feel strong in your body, and drop into the flow.

At the end you will get into a deep rest (savasana), to take the benefits of the whole practice.
